We are excited to have your participation!! Please consider the following terms and conditions when signing up for the tournament:
You agree to be available for the dates and times of tournament matches. In the unfortunate event of weather cancellation, new times will be determined.
Entry fee is $25 per player/club member; $40 per player/non-member and a can of tennis balls per team. Entry fees must be paid in cash or check by the start of tournament matches. A minimum of 6 teams is needed for the tournament to be held.
Please feel free to ask to be paired with a partner! Our tournament director, sponsor or pros will look to locate a player for you to team with!
The tournament format is best of 3 sets with a 3rd set played as a 10-point tiebreak when needed. The final (championship match) will be played as best of 3 sets. Be prepared to possibly play two matches each day and one on the day of the finals; all weather contingent.
Your Tournament Directors are Chuck Lear ((609) 592-0235) & Bill Schlitzer ((570) 449-6678) who are responsible for seeding, making the draw, and overseeing the running of the tournament. Wendy Anders, the Sponsor of the tournament, can assist with any questions or concerns as well.
