ONLINE RESERVATION RULES

1. Only members can use the online system to reserve court time. If you haven’t already logged on to Club Locker, you will need to register at https://capemay.clublocker.com/

2. A member may include a non-member in their online reservation, but the non-member must be listed as a “Guest” with their name filled in, so appropriate court fees can be collected.

3. Members cannot reserve two courts during the same block of time (e.g., you cannot reserve Court 8 and Court 9 at 10 a.m.).

4. If you want the “best court available”, call the Pro Shop first. Please don’t book online, and then call in to see if there is a “better” court.

5. Singles will need to wait 15 minutes before they can call or book online (i.e. call at 4:15pm for 8am or call at 5:15pm for 9:30am)

6. You will be required to have the names of ALL participants at the time of the booking.

   If you do not have a complete foursome and leave a slot(s) as “open”, or, if you only have two players, you may lose the court to another foursome that is already complete.
