Election Process begins for BOD positions:
Timeline of important dates:
June 20 - Election begins - applications for BOD positions are accepted
July 19 - Last day a candidate can submit his/her name.
July 26 - Candidate names will be posted on the bulletin board. Each candidate may provide a short description on their qualifications or why they are running.
August 6 - Email will be sent to members with details for ballot instructions.
August 9 - Ballots will be available in the clubhouse along with directions on how to fill them out. A lockbox will be at the clubhouse for all ballots to receive all ballots.
August 14, 5:00pm - is the last day to receive absentee ballots.
August 16 - Date of the annual meeting/elections. Votes will be counted by the Nominating Committee. All votes are to remain secret.
